“Ready to Rent” Renter Education Workshop

Community Progress Council offers renter education to assist those who are getting ready to rent in York County.

Whether you are a first-time renter or have had some bumps in the road renting before, the educational workshop can help prepare you to be a prepared and ready renter.

“Ready to Rent” workshops cover topics including tenant and landlord responsibilities, affordability, subsidized housing options, budgeting, move-in inspections, renters insurance, understanding lease terms, security deposits, preventing eviction, fair housing and more.

This workshop will be offered in English, in person at the CPC administration building, 226 E. College Avenue, York, PA 17403.
