Early Childhood
Education

Every child deserves support for a strong start. Our early childhood education programs work to meet children’s learning, social, emotional, and physical health needs. A whole-family approach engages parents to set and achieve their own goals.

Enrollment is open for Early Head Start and Head Start for the 2023-2024 school year!

Home-based and center-based programs throughout York County serve pregnant people and children from birth through 5 years old, and their families. Families interested in applying can call 717-846-4600 and press 0 to be connected with a Resource Navigator. They will walk you through eligibility guidelines and provide the enrollment link so you can complete the process online.
