Early Childhood
Education

Every child deserves support for a strong start. Our early childhood education programs work to meet children’s learning, social, emotional, and physical health needs. A whole-family approach engages parents to set and achieve their own goals.

Enrollment is open for Early Head Start and Head Start for the 2022-2023 school year!

Home-based and center-based programs throughout York County serve pregnant people and children from birth through 5 years old, and their families. Families interested in applying can begin the process in one of two ways:

1. Give us a call at 717-846-4600 and press 0 to be connected with a Resource Navigator. They will walk you through eligibility guidelines and provide the enrollment link so you can complete the process online.

2. Join the CPC team for one of our in-person enrollment events throughout York County! Find all upcoming events on our calendar.
