Our workforce of 170 employees are mission-driven to provide client-centered services by building relationships with those in need in order to help everyone live to their fullest potential.
As the community action agency of York County, CPC offers services in more than 20 locations throughout the community, reaching our neighbors with opportunities in early childhood education, nutrition counseling, coaching, housing and financial education, and the Self-Sufficiency Program to move low-income individuals toward financial stability.

REQUIRED CLEARANCES
In order to protect the health and safety of children, families and clients throughout Community Progress Council’s locations across York County, all new employees must submit a variety of clearances, as well as complete trainings and physical examinations. CPC’s team is available to assist new hires with the process of obtaining these clearances. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Community Progress Council relies on volunteers in several programs to support its work in empowering families and individuals to move toward financial self-sufficiency.
CLASSROOM VOLUNTEERS
Providing opportunities to rock and feed infants, participate in field trips, get creative with an art project, and much more. We have children in our program ranging from 6 months old to 5 years old in locations throughout York County.
