Community Progress Council welcomes incoming Board Chair Joseph Iandolo, plus new Board officers

 

Community Progress Council is pleased to welcome incoming Board Chair Joseph Iandolo, whose role took effect July 1, 2025. Iandolo is the Executive Director of the Heart and Vascular Institute at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. He has served on the Board of Directors for Community Progress Council since 2018, and currently chairs the Buildings & Grounds Committee.

In his role at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, Iandolo leads strategic initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and the patient experience. He is known for fostering innovation and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Prior to his current role, Iandolo held leadership positions in healthcare operations and strategy, successfully guiding organizations through complex transformations. His career reflects a deep commitment to advancing care delivery and cultivating a culture of excellence.

Iandolo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lebanon Valley College and a bachelor’s degree in biology/nuclear medicine from York College of Pennsylvania. He is recognized for his thoughtful leadership, data-driven decision-making, and dedication to improving community.

Iandolo will lead a slate of elected officers whose terms also began July 1, 2025:
