Early Childhood Education Enrollment – Community of Hope

Enrollment is open for Early Head Start and Head Start for the 2022-2023 school year!

Home-based and center-based programs throughout York County serve pregnant people and children from birth through 5 years old, and their families.

Families interested in applying can join the CPC team an in-person enrollment event at Community of Hope, 415 E. Boundary Ave., York PA 17403. Enter through Door #5 (Look for the blue railing!). No appointment is required, but families should bring proof of residency, 12 months’ proof of income, and the child’s birth certificate. Families can receive help completing the application and additional information about CPC programs and services.

Families can also give us a call at 717-846-4600 and press 0 to be connected with a Resource Navigator, who can walk you through eligibility guidelines and provide the enrollment link so you can complete the process online at your convenience.
