Community of Hope / Connections Community Event: September

Families of the Hannah Penn neighborhood are invited to join Community of Hope and Family First Health in our series of monthly community events. Every month, we will have sessions focused on a specific theme that the Hannah Penn families and residents have shared an interest in.

In September, join us for “Healthy Minds, Active Bodies,” focused on stress management and physical activity. We have four stations for this event, led by Family First Health’s Integrated Services Team, on Stress Management Techniques, Mindfulness Practices, Fun Physical Activities, and Healthy Lifestyle Choices.

Join us from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, September 25, at Community of Hope’s Family Resource Center, located at the rear of Hannah Penn K-8 (door No. 5). Look for the blue railing!
