Community of Hope / Connections Community Event: November

Families of the Hannah Penn neighborhood are invited to join Community of Hope and Family First Health in our series of monthly community events. Every month, we will have sessions focused on a specific theme that the Hannah Penn families and residents have shared an interest in.

This month will focus on best practices when renting and preparing for homeownership. We will have our CPC HUD-certified Financial Counselors, Monique and Nicole, along with representatives from Habitat for Humanity and Elite Property Management leading stations on these topics. At the end, each family will receive a giveaway bag and York Fresh Food Farms Food Bucks for their market stationed outside of our door.

Join us from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, at Community of Hope’s Family Resource Center, located at the rear of Hannah Penn K-8 (door No. 5). Look for the blue railing!
