Community of Hope / Connections Community Event: December

Families of the Hannah Penn neighborhood are invited to join Community of Hope and Family First Health in our series of monthly community events. Every month, we will have sessions focused on a specific theme that the Hannah Penn families and residents have shared an interest in.

December’s event will honor the vibrant diversity of our community through a Holiday Cultural Celebration! This is a wonderful opportunity to come together to learn and appreciate the diverse traditions that make our celebrations special. There will be fun activities and crafts for the whole family, and each family will receive a giveaway bag and York Fresh Food Farms food bucks, while supplies last. Y3F will be setting up their mobile market inside of COH. Participants will be able to redeem the food bucks (valid until 12/31/24) right there to purchase fresh produce. 

Join us from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, at Community of Hope’s Family Resource Center, located at the rear of Hannah Penn K-8 (door No. 5). Look for the blue railing!
