Shanika Stephens began her CPC journey in 2007 as an assistant teacher. She’s walked the halls since childhood and her dream of becoming a teacher blossomed into reality.
As years passed, she scaled the ranks to head teacher, embracing challenges as stepping stones. She found purpose in guiding others, imparting the coaching she’d received herself.
