A recent high school graduate, Ivy Fleming embarked on a transformative journey at Community Progress Council.
As the first in her family to pursue a college degree, she’s earning her Child Development Associate credential with the help of CPC’s education reimbursement.
Simultaneously working and studying, Ivy gained hands-on learning experience through paid time in the classroom, and paid time to complete her studies.
