Community Progress Council, Inc., is York County's Community Action Agency. We are celebrating 40 years of promoting self-sufficiency among low-income residents of York city and county, PA. We are proud to be members of the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania and the Community Action Partnership. We are a United Way member agency.
CPC offers programs to meet the needs of many low to moderate income residents of York County. Offices and program outreach sites are conveniently located.
