Community Progress Council, Inc., is York
County's Community Action Agency. We are celebrating 40 years of
promoting self-sufficiency among low-income residents of York city and
county, PA. We are proud to be members of the
Community Action Association of Pennsylvania and the
Community Action Partnership. We are a
United Way member agency.
CPC offers programs to meet the needs of many
low to moderate income residents of York County. Offices and
program outreach sites are conveniently located throughout the county.
